R[4] Volunteer Application
If signing up as a group/family, please have every adult (18 or older) complete a separate volunteer application and include the Group or Family name in the "Group/Family Name" field.
NOTE: Only volunteers 16 years of age or older may sign up to volunteer without a parent/guardian. All volunteers 0-15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will volunteer with him/her.
Exception: Youth Groups. Teens age 12 and older may serve with youth leaders instead of parents/guardians. Youth Leaders, we will ask you closer to the time of the retreat for the final list of students coming to serve .
A donation of any size is requested of our volunteers to help offset the cost of all our retreats. If you can help out financially, we would be very grateful! A donation link will be provided in your confirmation email once your application is complete.
