If signing up as a group/family, please have every adult (18 or older) complete a separate volunteer application and include the Group or Family name in the "Group/Family Name" field.

NOTE: Only volunteers 16 years of age or older may sign up to volunteer without a parent/guardian. All volunteers 0-15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will volunteer with him/her.

Exception: Youth Groups. Teens age 12 and older may serve with youth leaders instead of parents/guardians. Youth Leaders, we will ask you closer to the time of the retreat for the final list of students coming to serve and send you waivers that must be signed by parents/guardians.

Mini Retreat
Mini Retreats are one day retreats. Volunteers are needed from 8:30am through about 8:30pm. If you can't come for the whole day but would like to be a part, we will work with you to carve out a specific time that works with your schedule. Buddies must stay the entire day.
2 Night Overnight Retreat
Scheduled on a Friday evening through Sunday morning. Volunteers who sign up for this option can stay for the whole retreat or schedule specific times to serve throughout the weekend. Buddies must stay the whole weekend.
3 Night Overnight Retreat
Scheduled on a Thursday evening through Sunday morning. Volunteers who sign up for this option can stay for the whole retreat or schedule specific times to serve throughout the weekend. Buddies must stay the whole weekend.

How Would You like to serve?

Camper Buddy
This is a very important role. Volunteers 16 years of age or older can sign up to be a buddy. You will be paired with one of our campers with special needs to encourage, inspire and empower them throughout the week.
Bible Teacher
Our Bible Teachers will teach the Bible Stories to our campers throughout the week.
Worship Leaders
We love to have families sign up to do this together. If you and your family love to sing and worship together, this is a great opportunity for you!
Craft Coordinator/Teacher
This person will plan, implement and teach the crafts to the campers throughout the week. Will work with Retreat Coordinator to use craft time to help make our theme come alive through crafts.
Retreat Activity Assistants
You will help in whatever way needed in craft time, game time, serving meals, set up, clean up, etc.
Adult Activity Coordinator
Will work with Retreat Coordinator to plan and implement activities and break-out sessions for parents and caregivers.
Sibling Activity Coordinator & Assistants
Do you love working with children? You will work with the Retreat Coordinator to plan and implement special age appropriate activities and discussion groups for the typical siblings who are attending.
Nursery Care
Do you love working with babies and toddlers? This opportunity is for you. We need people to care for camper's and volunteer's children from 0-3 years old.

Do you give us permission to run a background check? (Only applicable to volunteers 18 years of age or older.)

Once you choose a retreat to attend, we will contact you to get further information from you to run this background check. It will not be done until then.
No
Only people who agree to a background check will be approved to volunteer at our retreats. By answering "no," your application will not be considered.

If you are coming as a family to serve, only those children 12 years of age or older will be given specific volunteer roles. Children from 4-11 years old will be placed in our age appropriate camper/sibling groups to enjoy the camp activities with them.

Please include names, ages and tshirt sizes of all children (0-17) coming with your family.
